Rules & Regulation(The Open Platform)
- This category is open to all talents that do not intersect with the Vocal Solo, Vocal Group/Duet, Original Composition and Street Dance categories.
- Both group and individual entries are welcome. For submission of group entry, contestants would need to indicate a representative of the group.
- There is no age limit for all contestants.
- All contestants, during the course of competition, must NOT be bonded or exclusively contracted to any companies that are related to the talent act they are submitting.
- Use of vulgar, sexually explicit, satanic/black metal or violent language and/or words and/or actions are strictly prohibited. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any video deemed unsuitable for this competition.
- All speeches made in the video must be in English or Chinese.
- The length of the video must be less than 3 minutes.
- Video should be produced in raw format, such that no special computer effects should be added. Music Accompaniment is allowed.
- All performances must be reproducible on stage, in the event that they are invited to perform during the Grand Finals of Impresario 2010.
- A short description of the video should be submitted along with the video and it should not exceed 100 words.
- All videos are to be uploaded to contestants’ personal YouTube Account or any digital content delivery website (Eg. yousendit.com).

- Contestants can send multiple entries but videos submitted shouldshowcase different types of talents.
- Selected videos will be uploaded onto our official website and the finalist will be decided by online voting
- All contestants must inform the Organizing Committee at least one week before the Grand Finals should he/she wish to withdraw from the competition or is unable to turn up for the Grand Finals.
- Contestants are allowed to use props but will need to provide it themselves in the event that they are chosen to perform during the Grand Finals.
- If contestants wish to have music as a background in the event that they are chosen for the Grand finals, they are required to provide their own CD/VCDs. Any other music sources are subjected to the availability of equipment.
- Editing of content performed in video with regards to performance in the Grand Finals is subjected to the approval of the Organizing Committee.
- Closing date of submission is 24th January 2010.
